These were my favorite “Christmas” cookies growing up. They have a bunch of names depending on where you grew up, but I just call them Hershey Kiss Cookies! I love when they are soft and chewy, so this recipe caters to that crowd. They are simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
- One 14 oz. can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups of Bisquick Pancake Mix
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- Roughly 24 Hershey kisses
Directions:
- Set oven to 375F
- Mix all ingredients together
- Roll into 1 inch balls
- Roll balls in white cane sugar (sometimes I add fun red and green sugar sprinkles)
- Bake at 375F for 7 to 8 minute
- Let them stand for 1 minute, then lightly press the kisses in the centers
I hope you enjoy!
