Gram’s Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Blossoms

These were my favorite “Christmas” cookies growing up. They have a bunch of names depending on where you grew up, but I just call them Hershey Kiss Cookies! I love when they are soft and chewy, so this recipe caters to that crowd. They are simple and delicious.

Ingredients: 

  1. One 14 oz. can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  2. 3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
  3. 2 cups of Bisquick Pancake Mix
  4. 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  5. Roughly 24 Hershey kisses

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 375F
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Roll into 1 inch balls
  4. Roll balls in white cane sugar (sometimes I add fun red and green sugar sprinkles)
  5. Bake at 375F for 7 to 8 minute
  6. Let them stand for 1 minute, then lightly press the kisses in the centers
